Introduction to scuba diving

• Duration: 2 hours
• Groups: 4-10 people
• Requirements: adequate swimming skills

An introduction to scuba diving guided by a professional instructor (no need for previous experience). You'll learn how to breathe and communicate under water and become familiar with scuba diving equipment.

During the activity, you will dive to a maximum of 4 metres deep and have fun safely discovering the depths of the sea.

Snorkelling

• Duration: 1 hours
• Groups: 6-12 people
• Requirements: adequate swimming skills

All you need to snorkel is a diving mask, a snorkel, swim fins and a wetsuit. Before starting the activity, you'll be given a brief introduction to the equipment and how to snorkel safely. Then, a professional will give you a guided tour of the best hidden spots where you can discover what's under the sea: flora and fauna that is typical in the Mediterranean area.

Kayaking

• Duration: 1 hour
• Groups: 4-12 people (2-6 kayaks)
• Requirements: adequate swimming skills

A professional will give you a guided tour in a double kayak and show you the Barcelona-Maresme coast's fantastic views, tracing the outline of the mountains from a brand new perspective: the sea!
